Redo.

So...that playdough didn't quite turn out. It is crumbly. I am blaming it on Kosher salt. A second attempt will be made tonight.

I'm a playdoh pro. The key is a little less salt and to cook it till it's just slightly gooey. When you knead it then, the heat it retains will finish it off. I used to overcook it all the time and it would get weird too. Good Luck!
